Welcome to Sita!
Sita’s team made its best to prepare this special day in creating a cocooning atmosphere and taking care of its guest’s buds. The theme was fusion food: mix two cultures and imagine a receipt! And we began with our veg cutlet burger made by our Indian cooking teacher, Manisha, and our Dutch manager, Isabel.
We opened our door at 12pm for the party to begin and welcomed our first guests. Indian games were at disposition for anyone who wanted to discover Indian board games, while others began to taste the fusion food that everyone brought. What a treat for gourmets!
Create and paint!
We wanting to give character to our painting and art class room and we needed our guests to help us! We left paintings and paintbrushes available so that everyone could participate to the new Sita’s fresco.
We also proposed to our guests to customize their own bicycle bells. As you can see in our bicycles for the Pondi Cycle Tour, we previously offered in our shop Sita Kadaï customized bells by a talented painter in Pondicherry. After few demand from our clients, it was the perfect opportunity to create unique bells!
Finally, Enamel Workshop took place during the whole afternoon thanks to our lovely French teacher Delphine. People could create their colorful pendants.
Full of energy
What a surprise for our guests to see the flashmob organized by Sita’s team! Again, we mixed cultures and created a melting pot of Oriental, Bollywood, hip-hop and funk dances. It is our polyvalent Anandi, who teaches Bollywood, Baratanatyam and Yoga, prepared the dance in inviting other teachers to participate. Logesh, our hip-hop teacher, invited his friends and made an impressive demo! Kids followed the dancers and we all finished the day in dancing and sharing the birthday cake together!
A warm thanks to all the participants and for all the energy and joy that you brought this last Sunday!
