Because "Happiness is Homemade"

If, at home, Pooja likes to try on complex recipes, from different countries (South America, Europe), on the other hand, to approach easy recipes is her aim when she comes to give class in Sita, in order to create classes reachable for all level, in order to make everyone evolve and improve.

Various and original Themes classes

This young mom teaches different kinds of class per month.
The Basic baking class where you can learn French or English recipes, classics but fundamentals (cupcakes, chocolate, banana cakes...). The kind of recipes which needs good tips in order to succeed or to be reinvented (why not trying to put beetroot in a cake ?).

An other course is The Healthy baking class, created in order to bake cakes made with products and ways which are good for the health (whole grains, vegetables, fruits, fresh products). The idea came to Pooja when she realized that she likes to control and think about what her daughter eats every day. She thinks carefully about her nutrition by promoting homemade with quality products.

Different themes are available and are renewed every month, depending on festivals, holidays (Special Thanksgiving, Christmas...) and creativity (cooking without an oven, etc.) do not hesitate to keep yourself regularly informed about these appetizing novelties.

Every class takes about three hours, and Pooja offers to cook two to three different cakes, so that students can try several and various methods in one class.
The little bonus is that you can bring everything that you baked, so you can share with your friends or family!

A class to be more self-confident out of the class

What is the most important for Pooja are the transmission and the independence; her aim is to convey both tricks and tips that you cannot learn in cookbooks and the knowledge that she built over the years from her own mistakes and failures. Moreover, she wants to give confidence to people who are shy or fearful, so the students can try again at home, with their own touch.

To continue this experience beyond the course, Pooja even has an online blog, where she posts delicious and original recipes. As in Sita, we are both foodlover and generous, we share her link with pleasure: The Cake Craft Studio.  But, be careful, after a while on her delicious website, you might have an overwhelming desire to eat pudding!
